We've purchased & leased more cars than I can count, and this lease from Ertle was by far the easiest, fastest and most enjoyable of them all! That is not an exaggeration, we were literally there from 5:30pm until 7:45pm. Start to finish! And to say we were pleased with the experience is an understatement. Justin and Jovan were on the ball when it came to answering all our questions and getting us the best price possible. 10/10 for sure!

Over the course of 3 weeks, I had an excellent buying experience with Sean and his colleagues. My 2016 Crosstrek was beat after 10 years of heavy commuting. A good local driver and donated to relatives. The only model that appealed was the Crosstrek Wilderness edition in green. Well, the one that gave the bug for that precise model was sold. Ertle was good about finding another. Sean and Co were in touch as we went thru the paperwork and loans. I went thru a Credit Union but they were competitive. Overall I knew exactly what I wanted and Ertle provided. So yup, I can recommend.

whole process was done online. Saw what I wanted, contacted the dealer, got my price and trade in value. Just needed to have car evaluation at the dealer. Put a deposit on it and arranged the finances and went and picked up the car. Easiest car purchase ever. Why go anywhere else.
