She was so patient with us and certainly made us laugh about our lack of technical knowledge. I still don't understand a lot of the things on the car but she told us to call her anytime with questions. Then Ertle called, they confirmed the trade offer with the caveat that they would have to see the car, and updated the quote, the result was it was less than the original sam's club quote. I went to the dealership, the inspected my car and deducted 200 dollars for a minor issue, it was still $800 more than the best offer from the main car buying services. The deal did not change and I was able to purchase the car for a price that I was very comfortable with. ”
