I've done the cold walk into a showroom and dealt with the mob of salespeople, I've done the build my own and directly ordered from a manufacturer and I have tried the typical internet sales method where they send you a number (which is already on their website) and say for the "best" offer come in and sit with the team (which kind of defeats the reason I'm reaching out via internet), then there is the Ertle Subaru internet sales team, they are fantastic. I click the button to get the Ertle price of the vehicle I was looking for and a super courteous person named Asley B gets back to me with great information on the car I was interested in and a solid price that was good enough to pull us through the door. I did this same approach with multiple dealerships for the EXACT same car build to try and "compare" but there was no comparison she was on top of her game and followed through on every question we had. The car was for my mother in law so I knew it had to be a good deal or I'd NEVER hear the end of it. There were several Subaru dealerships closer to my mother in laws house but they weren't even worth the visit because their response to my simple initial request were just not where they needed to be. At the dealership the floor sales consultant Justin sat with us to get all of our details together and some paperwork started based on Ashleys notes and the info we had and did the test drives, next thing we knew we were finalizing paperwork with Sales manager Juan and out the door in our new Crosstrek. Super smooth from start to finish, no upselling, solid internet team price agreed was price on the paperwork and great offers by the dealership itself for its customers sealed the deal with us. Go on their website and look at the extras they offer their customers at no cost, free state inspections, lifetime powertrain warranty, free first oil change etc etc. Give Ertle a shot, hit them up online and if you're lucky enough to get Ashley, tell her Pete's google review sent you :) But even if you don't get her the other team members will still give you great help (PS you do NOT need to be a PA resident to buy from a great dealership you can buy your car at any dealership like Ertle and they will work out the details of helping you register in your state) give them a try they may beat your local dealership price and keep some dough in your pocket. ”
