SERVICE ADVISOR
Ertle Subaru Auto dealership is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor. This position is the dealership's first line Service Representative. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for all customers
- Promptly greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner while listening to their genuine concerns
- Offer logistical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customers concerns
- Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended
- Present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every service customer
- Answer all incoming service calls promptly, courteously and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry
- Carefully inspect every vehicle before and after the finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy and legibility
- Perform other specific administration duties as directed by service management
- Maintain communications with the technical staff regarding job status changes
- Communicate with customers throughout their vehicle's service

RENTAL AGENT
Ertle Subaru is looking for an applicant to meet the busy schedule of our Vehicle Rental department. Fabulous opportunity and pay rate. You would be responsible for providing a rewarding and exceptional experience for our customers. This position requires good customer service, as you will be the first employee to greet our customers. You will be responsible for driving customer cars when they come in for a service appointment and delivering a loaner car to the customer. Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Manage rental agreements and contracts efficiently
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain rental records
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly
- Utilize sales management techniques to promote rental services
- Assist with inventory management to ensure availability of rental units
- Negotiate rental terms and pricing effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in administrative tasks is a plus
